  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    To be eligible for a refund, your sauna must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made saunas, such as those designed with specific dimensions or features, are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
  2. Refund Process:
    To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Contact us at info@saunadepotusa.com  or 877-777-9908  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to provide your order number and details about your request.
  • Step 2: Once your RMA is issued, securely package your sauna and ship it back to us. Return shipping fees may apply.
  • Step 3: Once we receive and inspect your sauna, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Step 4: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used during your purchase.
  1. Deductions from Refunds:
    In certain cases, your refund may be subject to deductions:
  • Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning your sauna due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 10% of the product price may apply.

    If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange. Contact us immediately to arrange for a return or replacement. Please document any damages and provide photos when contacting customer service.
  2. Custom Orders:
    Custom saunas are built specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective or damaged. Please ensure that all custom orders are accurate before confirming your purchase.
