Shipping Information

At SaunaDepotUSA, we pride ourselves on providing fast, reliable, and free shipping for all sauna purchases within the USA. Below is an outline of our shipping policies to ensure that your delivery is as seamless as possible:

  1. Shipping Locations:
    We offer free shipping across the entire United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
  2. Processing Times:
    Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, your sauna will be shipped out, and delivery times typically range between 5-7 business days, depending on your location and availability of installation services.
  3. Tracking Information:
    Once your sauna has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. We will also contact you to schedule your installation once your sauna arrives.
  4. Professional Installation:
    As part of our full-service commitment, we offer professional installation services for all saunas at no extra cost. Our certified technicians will ensure your sauna is set up correctly, safely, and ready for use. This service will be scheduled for a convenient time once your sauna arrives.

Return & Exchange Policy:

At SaunaDepotUSA, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy:

  1. Return Period:
    You may return any unused sauna within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable return shipping fees. The sauna must be in its original condition, with all components included. Custom-built saunas are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@saunadepotusa.com or 818-758-4076. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your sauna. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  3. Condition of Returned Products:
    Returned saunas must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed once the sauna has been inspected and approved by our quality control team.
  4. Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
  5. Exchanges:
    If you received a defective or damaged sauna, we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your sauna to initiate the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom saunas, personalized orders, and used or installed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  1. Reporting Damage:
    In the unlikely event that your sauna arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or repair. Be sure to inspect your sauna carefully upon delivery, and note any visible damages with the delivery personnel.
  2. Warranty Claims:
    Our saunas come with a 5-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If your sauna experiences any issues within the warranty period, please contact us to file a claim, and we will assist with repairs or replacements as necessary.
